Positive: The apartment is located almost in the very center, on a quiet street, with shops, bars, and restaurants nearby. There is paid parking right across the street. The apartment was clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed. I was especially pleased to find a coffee machine already filled with beans! The bathroom was also clean, but it could really use a shelf or cabinet, as the sink is so small that it can only hold a tube of toothpaste.
Negative: The staircase leading to the first-floor apartment is very steep — extremely steep! It would be good to mention this in the description. If you are traveling with an infant or elderly people, it might be difficult to get up. We had to haul our suitcases upstairs almost by dragging them.

Negative: The photos suggested there was sauna and jacuzzi available for extra cost, which was not true. The photos from the add on Booking.com was from a public swimming pool.
